Welcome to the SAC Information, Communications & Technology Request Form!
Please note the following timelines for completion of your
initial
ICT request:

Connection requests:
deadline is
each Wednesday at 6 p.m.
for the upcoming newsletter
•
Zoom requests:
must be
submitted at least 21 days in advance
; requests will be completed within seven days after submission
•
Website updates:
up to
seven days
•
Standard form requests:
up to
14 days
•
Standard review requests:
up to
14 days
(e.g. letter, flyer, short presentation, video, etc.)
•
Standard graphic design requests:
up to
14 days
•
Large review requests:
up to
21 days
(e.g. booklet, regional/national award submission, large presentation, social media campaign)
•
PR requests:
up to 30 days
Please note:
• The above timeframes do not include additional reviews, edits, or other adjustments that may be required after completion of the initial request.
• Actual initial completion time may vary (up or down) based on volume.
• If the above timeline cannot be met for your request, you will be notified and provided with an estimated completion date.
• Timeframes begin the following day for requests submitted after 6 p.m., and the following 2022-23 dates are
excluded
:
       ❯  Apr. 7 - 9, 2023 (Easter)
       ❯  May 26 - 29 , 2023 (Memorial Day)
       ❯  June 16 - 19, 2023 (Juneteenth)
• The ICT Request Form will close for the 2022-23 Sorority year on June 17, 2023 and will reopen for the 2023-24 Sorority year on September 1, 2023.
